      Thank you for checking out my website.  Princess Soy Milk is a place for Big Sisterly advice.  I have been designing the site with my younger siblings and friends in mind, presenting recipes and nutritional advice for healthier living and increased independence (those who can cook know how good it feels), as well as information on things I use in my daily life (e.g. kitchen appliances and tools, foods I keep in my pantry and fridge, reviews of workout programs) and workout guidance and mentoring.  I am an Independent Beach Body Coach who is working toward helping others start, progress, and achieve their fitness and weight loss goals, and those interested in coaching I mentor as well, helping them start their business and get on the right track for earning income.

For those that know me, family and friends, thank you for coming!

       For those that don't know me, my name is Sasha.  I'm a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Japanese and I am currently woring towards my Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology.  I write part-time as a freelancer for several online publishers, many of my articles can be found through my Publications page.
